Jen Rico
Operations Manager

Jen grew up in Northern Wisconsin and moved to St. Paul after receiving an undergraduate degree in Social Studies from the University of Wisconsin. She earned a Masters in Organizational Policy from the University of Minnesota. As the Operations Manager, Jen takes pride in supporting the AICAF team members behind the scenes, so they can focus on the important work that they do to improve access to prevention, early detection, treatment, and survivor support for American Indian and Alaska Native populations. When not at work, Jen loves to travel, cook elaborate meals that her 7-year-old refuses to eat, and tackle home renovation projects.
